Doctor Who's new direction *SPOILER ALERT*

A lot of people probably don't agree, but I personally think Doctor Who is going downhill as a television programme.  The show is getting less deep, with less lessons taught in the episodes, and with less of the sadder or scarier episodes.  There were some established bodies of things that happen when an event happens, like in the episode "Father's Day" (2005) Rose creates a paradox, which causes Reapers to come in and kill everything or resolve the paradox and return everything to normal.  In the Waters of Mars, the Doctor rewrites a fixed point in time, and the whole world doesn't start dying.  All of history isn't occurring at the same time.  When a fixed point in time was rewritten in a later episode in the Impossible Astronaut/the Silence story arc, the whole universe was dying.  I liked Doctor Who when it had story arcs that taught lessons as well as provide entertainment.  (By lessons, I mean beyond the lessons found in basically every, if not every episode)  I personally like classic Doctor Who, and out of all the Doctor's I've seen, Jon Pertwee is my second-favourite, David Tennant pulling a first because he really got me into the show.  In their episodes, they touched on more serious matters.  With the direction the show is heading, they're recreating too many cause-and-effects, causing it to get into a hot mess, and they're making it get slowly more shallow and hollow as a whole.  Moffat is a very good television writer, but it seems more of his focus was on Sherlock.

I decided to try to post more frequently. School's out, so I should have more time.  I found this a bit ago.  Might be a good idea to show this to your friends who ask you what Doctor Who is.

David Tennant Marathon failed

Christmas invasion first.  I have just over 36 hours left as of this point in time.  I should get started...
EDIT:  This is awkward, because family came over and we had dinner and spoke and such, and I'm just now starting... I don't think I'll be able to finish, because I'm so busy this weekend.  Oh well...
EDIT:  too busy this weekend to finish, will just watch some of his best episodes, in my friends' and my opinion.

DAVID TENNANT'S BIRTHDAY

OH MY IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR, the time of year when the fangirls cheer, and it marks the living of another year of a guy who showed us ALL that you could live up to your dreams if you tried.  Ever since he was 3, he's been wanting to be on Doctor Who, playing the doctor.  He achieved his dream.  You can too!  Inspirational AND a great actor. Hope you're having a good birthday Mr. Tennant.  By tomorrow I will have to leave this post up as a momento.   because I'm too lazy to delete it.(all posts on his birthday end like this) #davidtennant

Later in this blogs life, I might put down ads.  It says the ads take images and words from the blogs for what they're about, so we would be getting Doctor Who ads, wouldn't we!.  Yeah...

I'm no good at blogging yet

I'm just pioneering into blogging, and I don't know what to do.  I'll just say things like what I do on my posts on google+.  Yeah.  That should work.

Blog post number 2!  Finally!  I'm finding out how I'll work while blogging, and how I'm going to make this look.  IDEA!  I'm going to write about episodes and such, and also talk about the show in general, and supplement with pictures.  I like Doctor Who pictures.
